Africa First Assist already had a significant Data & Privacy documentation framework, but it needed to be updated to reflect new Group, regulatory and operational requirements. We supported the company in a full documentation upgrade: 26 existing documents were updated, 9 new structuring documents were created, and a consolidated change matrix was prepared. The project clarified roles, strengthened evidence tracking, formalized incident management, structured data quality practices and made internal or external audits easier to prepare. The result is a clearer, more consistent and operational Data & Privacy framework that can be used by business, IT, compliance and governance teams.
